Telecom Management Trainee Program is a 12-month paid, rotational leadership program
designed to build future managers and strategic leaders.
You’ll rotate across multiple departments, work on KPI-driven projects, be mentored by experts —
and by the end of it, you could be a full-time Junior Executive on your way to becoming a Manager
or Lead.
